Great events don’t organise themselves. As part of your team, we’re here to help. Whether it’s a bit of advice here and there or taking all the hassle out of the whole process, we will work with you to make your event a complete success.
It all starts with the food
Getting the catering right is our life-blood. If all you want is our food, that’s fine. We’ll still work closely with you and offer any advice we can to make sure everything runs smoothly. We provide the food for most events ourselves, but if you want a hog roast in the garden or a fish & chip van on the drive we can help with that too!
Tableware and furniture
Whether you need something to eat off or eat with, we can help. We can provide the tables and chairs, table linen, glasses, crockery and cutlery to suit the occasion. And we can clear it all up afterwards!
Lighting and Music
We can provide basic lighting solutions ourselves, or bring in a specialist to create exactly the mood you’re after. You don’t want us getting involved with the music (unless you’re a particular fan of 1970s soft rock!) but we can certainly help source DJs and live music to get your guests dancing the night away!
Photography and Video
Capture your event for posterity with one of our photographers or videographers to create a lasting record of the fantastic time (and food!) enjoyed by you and your guests.
Gazebos and Bell Tents
If you need some outdoor shelter for a drinks party, somewhere to put the bar or space for some guests to sleep over, we have the solution. We can decorate them to suit the style of the event … and our Sleepover Company bell tents can come with a full sized double bed if its not just the kids you need to accommodate!
Need a Venue?
We are based at Gerrards Cross Sports Club, which has a wonderful clubhouse complete with bar, terraces and our professionally-equipped kitchen. It’s available for hire and works brilliantly for adult events and children’s parties alike.
If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll help find somewhere that does!
Full Event Planning
You make all the decisions, we do all the hard work. We’ll sit down with you to talk through exactly what you want. Then we’ll walk you through how we’ll make it happen. You can get on with the fun bits while we source everything needed, managing all the suppliers and taking care of the details. And we’ll be there on the day to manage the staff and make sure everything runs to plan.
