TERMS OF SERVICE
1.Taverners Event Catering (“TEC”) will endeavour to formulate a strong, honest and open relationship with every customer, with timely communication and expectations from both sides agreed from the outset.
2.Following initial discussions TEC will provide the customer with an individual written quotation. If the event brief alters, it may be necessary to review and reissue the quotation. Each quote and revised quote will be assigned an individual date for reference.
3.TEC services are engaged under the terms and conditions set out in the document that will be provided at the time of booking. When a deposit (or full payment) is submitted, a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions should be returned to TEC to confirm this. The payment by any person of any deposit, fees or charges for such services shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment and acceptance by such person of the booking, the costs and services as set out in the quotation and our standard Terms and Conditions, irrespective of whether a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions has been returned to us.
4.Confirmation of the booking will be issued upon receipt of the requested deposit. Failure to provide the required deposit may result in TEC cancelling the booking.
