We promise to have an open and honest relationship with our clients. We will communicate with you in a timely manner, as clearly and effectively as we can. We will do our best to deliver what we have promised. If things go wrong, we’ll tell you what happened and why, and do our best to put it right. ASAP.
We will work as hard as we can and do everything possible to make your event a success. Some of our support services do come with a price tag, so we will have an open conversation with you about what we can and can’t do for a particular price.
We hold ourselves to high standards in everything we do, but nothing is more important to us that the health and safety of our staff and clients. We follow rigorous processes covering every aspect of hygiene and food safety throughout the food chain that follow the HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) methodology approved by the Food Standards Agency. These processes are set out in our FSA SFBB manual, along with control documents which are audited and reviewed by an Environmental Health Food Safety Officer.
In our most recent inspection we were awarded the top Food Hygiene Rating of 5 - Very Good - with no recommendations for improvement. You can verify our rating and request a copy of the Inspector’s Report on the Food Standard Agency’s website.
All our menus and ingredients are carefully allergen checked, and a list of ingredients and allergens will be available along with appropriate signage for your event. All our staff are trained in food hygiene, allergy awareness and how to prevent cross-contamination. We will do everything possible to keep you and your guests safe and healthy - as well as happy and satisfied!
